Technical/Professional Positions
RESPIRATORY CARE PRACTITIONER (FULL TIME AND PER DIEM POSITION)
Requirements: RCP License and current CPR card required. Graduate of an AMA Approved school, current CA License, CPR. One year Acute care Experience, Rotating Weekends.
Essential Job Functions: Ventilator Care Management, Bedside Spirometry, HHN, ABG's. Oxygen delivery and titration.
LABORATORY ASSISTANT (PER DIEM POSITION)
WORK DAYS: VARIES, INCLUDES SAT & SUN | SHIFT: PM
Requirements: Phlebotomy Certificate required, minimum six months blood drawing experience in hospital setting.
Essential Job Functions: Must be able to walk up stairs and draw blood, and operate Lab Equipment, as well as computers.
SECURITY GUARD/TRANSPORTER (PER DIEM - ALL DAYS) AM & PM
REQUIREMENTS: Valid CA driver license, CA Guard Card & CPR Card.
Must have the ability and desire to work with patients and their medical
equipment (wheelchairs, walkers, etc.), physicians, staff members &
the public.
MEDICAL LAB TECH (PER DIEM, AM/PM, DAYS VARY)
REQUIREMENTS: College life science courses with AA Degree/BS Degree pref.
CA Phlebotomy Technician Certification/ required with 1 year exp in clinical lab.
Experience operating automated lab instruments desired. CPR card.
CLINICAL LAB SCIENTIST (FULL TIME - AM E/O WEEKEND)
REQUIREMENTS: Clinical Lab Scientist license and CPR card required.
One year of hospital experience also required. Will draw blood, operate
hospital and lab computers, run tests and report results.
CLINICAL LAB SCIENTIST (PER DIEM, SAT/SUN + WEEKDAY BACK-UP)
REQUIREMENTS: Requires CA CLS License and 3 years exp in MICRO, prefer
hospital exp. Good communication skills and the ability to work
independently required.
BOILER ENGINEER (PER DIEM)
REQUIREMENTS: Current Boiler License required. Three years of boiler operation
experience. HVAC Technical Certification preferred.

L.V.N ( PER DIEM )
WORK DAYS: TBD SHIFT: 7PM-7AM, & 7AM-7PM
Requirements: Possesses a current license to practice as a Vocational Nurse in
The State of California. Preferably has one-year experience in an Acute Care
Facility. BCLS/CPR certification within three months of employment. Speaks
Fluently in, reads, writes or prints, and understands English. IV certification
Essential Job Functions: Lifting and transporting patients. Must be able to lift more than 25 pounds, bend, stoop, push, pull which constitutes 20% of time,
Standing 40%, sitting 20%, walking 20%.
SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST (FULL TIME, PER DIEM, PART TIME - M-SAT)
SHIFT: 6:45AM- 3:15PM OR FLEXED MID-MORNING/CALL
Requirements: Current certification or equivalent experience as a Surgical
Technologist in California. One year of experience, the ability to
communicate with the physicians, and knowledge of surgical instrumentation
in general ortho, spine, podiatry, ophthalmology and other procedures req’d.
Must be able to stand 75% of time, push & pull. Will lift trays = 25lbs +. Visual acuity.
R.N. ICU/CCU (FULL TIME POSITION/PER DIEM POSITION)
SHIFT: DAYS & NIGHTS
Requirements: Possesses a current license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of California. Has one-year experience in an acute care facility in Critical Care or related field. In addition, has successfully completed an approved Critical Care Course with Advanced EKG, CCRN preferred. Has been certified ACLS and if not current, obtains current card within 6 months of date of hire and/or assignment to the Unit. Lifting and transporting patients.
Must be able to lift more than 25 pounds, bend, stoop, and push, pull which constitutes 10% of time. Must be able to climb stairs. Stand 50% of time, walks 30%, sits 10% & visual acuity.
CNA (PER DIEM)
Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate & CPR Card required. Exp in acute hosp. pref
Fluent in English (speaks, reads, writes, understands)
RN - SUBACUTE (FULL TIME & PER DIEM)
Work Days: Varies
Requirements: Possesses a current license to practice as a registered nurse in
the state of California. Has one-year experience in acute care facility.
In addition, One year experience with patients requiring: ICU, Neurology, Respiratory, Sub-Acute, Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Nursing care preferred.
Essential Job Functions: Ensures that quality care nursing care is rendered to
Patients in accordance with the California Nurse Practice Act and hospital and
Nursing department standards.
OPERATING ROOM R.N. (FULL TIME, PART TIME, PER DIEM POSITIONS)
Work Days: M-F, M-S Shift: 645am-315pm/Flexed
Requirements: CA Registered Nurse license.
One-year experience - scrub and circulate in procedures like
spine, orthopedics, vascular, abdominal, especially gastric bypass. Exp.pref.
English communication skills and visual acuity.
GI LAB RN (FULL TIME& PER DIEM)
Requirements: CA Registered Nurse license, ACLS, BLS. English
communication skills and visual acuity.
PACU R.N. & SHORT STAY UNIT (FULL TIME, PART TIME, PER DIEM POSITION)
Requirements: CA R.N. License. Must have one year experience. BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
Essential Job Functions: English communication skills, critical care skills and
visual acuity. Will move patients with assistance.
R.N. STAFF MED/SURG, & TELEMETRY (FULL TIME, PART TIME, PER DIEM POSITION)
Requirements: Possesses a current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of California. Has recent one-year experience in an acute care facility.
Essential Functions: BLS/CPR certification within three months of employment. Reads, writes & speaks English fluently. Lifting and transporting patients.

GI LAB TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME, PART TIME, PER DIEM - M-SAT)
SHIFT: 6:30AM-3:00PM
Requirements: A health care student or related field. CNA or on-the-job training
program. Willing to complete on-the-job training & orientation within 3 months. GI Lab Tech experience preferred. Will process, disinfect and maintain flexible
endoscopes. Exposure to Cidex-Opa disinfecting solution. Will lift and transport
patients 25% of the time. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
DIRECTOR OF NURSING (FULL TIME)
Requirements: CA RN license. Experience as a Director or Assistant Director
of Nursing in an acute care hospital. Expertise in staffing, JCAHO, & all Calif.
regulations.
